Birthday Party

For the last couple of weeks Shannon has been hard at work planning Eric's upcoming birthday party. It will be his first official birthday party where he invites friends as opposed to just family coming over for cake. This weekend Shannon sent out the invitations. He's having a LEGO themed party as you can see below from the invites and a preview of the party favors. We had found a LEGO birthday party kit plus Shannon has been gathering together LEGO candy molds, food ideas, similarly themed cake and decorations.

The party itself will be hosted in a room at the church. For entertainment we're planning on having the Tumblebus come by. One of Eric's favorite activities at preschool is on Monday's when the Tumblebus visits. It's a school bus that has the seats removed and inside are gym mats, tumbling and climbing activities.
